She isn't known for cutting corners when it comes to self-care and famously used a £1,200 anti-ageing moisturiser.
Now, Victoria Beckham has revealed how she enjoyed a "week of wellness" at a luxury German spa retreat.
In a post on Instagram, the former pop star, 47, shared a glowing, bare-faced selfie after returning from Villa Stephanie, which is situated in Baden-Baden next to the beautiful Black Forest mountain range.
The exclusive spa offers a seven-night programme starting from €4,000 – or £3,430 – per person.
The fashion designer told her 29.1 million followers that she was at the retreat "having our annual checkups, MRIs... gosh checking literally everything".
Beckham revealed that she was having daily vitamin infusions, going on lots of "amazing" hikes and eating "healthy" meals – including egg white omelette with avocado for breakfast.
The spa has a sauna, multiple pools, a private gym and treatment rooms overlooking its gardens, the latter of which are where massages costing €170 (£145) take place.
Beckham's post – which also featured her posing with her doctor at the spa – has received 124,000 'likes', with hundreds leaving comments.
Fitness star Tracy Anderson told her: "Glowing beauty!!!"
However, Beckham has also recently revealed other more affordable ways she likes to look after her face and body.
The mother-of-four regularly shares selfies on social media of herself working out in the gym, usually in kit from her collection with Reebok.
She also revealed earlier this year that she is a fan of face wipes sold at Boots for removing her make-up.
