Country Road serves up style at Aus Open

Australian brand Country Road will serve up plenty of style at the Australian Open, replacing French label Lacoste as the official brand of the grand slam.

Country Road, which was established in Australia in 1974 but has since been bought out by South African company Woolworths, will dress Tennis Australia staff including the ball kids, linespeople and officials.

"There is something extremely special about working with such an established Australian brand and we look forward to showcasing the Australian way of life," tournament director Craig Tiley said in a statement on Friday.
