Three Brighton East men, aged 36, 37 and 41, were arrested at the property and are assisting police.

Police have speculated that a fight started over money, while Sunrise understands that the man had cleared out his bedroom and packed all his belongings into his car.

It has since been towed away as evidence.

A post-mortem will take place later on Thursday morning to determine the exact cause of death.
