Driver charged over fatal Vic crash

A driver has been charged over a fatal crash on Melbourne's outskirts that killed a passenger.

The 21-year-old man from The Patch is accused of driving while drunk and unlicensed when his car rolled in Kallista on January 14, killing his passenger.

He is due to face Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Wednesday charged with culpable driving, dangerous driving causing death, drink driving, careless driving, and unlicensed driving.
