A teen trio has been charged with murdering a Melbourne man found dead in a designer suit and others are yet to be charged, a court has been told.
A passer-by found Paul Costa, 43, at a Brunswick West park on July 3 wearing a Zegna suit and shoes, and on Thursday detectives arrested two males, aged 17 and 18, at Thomastown.
The 17-year-old appeared in a Children's Court late Thursday afternoon, charged with murder.
Prosecutor Ashleigh Harrold told the court other co-accused are yet to be charged.
Police are still analysing CCTV footage and some mobile phones have been seized which could yield more clues, she said.
"It was a very complex scene, I'm instructed," Ms Harrold said.
The 18-year-old Thomastown man is due to face court later on Thursday, also charged with murder.

Another teenager, 16, was arrested at Newcastle in NSW and he is expected to be extradited to Victoria on Friday on one count of murder.
The victim's family say he was a gentle man and thought he may have been on a date the night he was killed.
"He had a heart of gold, I don't know anyone who'd want to hurt him," his sister Sandra Di Giorgio told reporters previously.
