Mum issues plea for help finding missing daughter

The mother of a missing southeast Melbourne woman has made an emotional plea to help find her daughter.

Ester Royal, 41, was last seen by her partner heading to Springvale RSL on Monday about 1pm.

Victorian Police searched her home on Osbourne Avenue, which she shares with her partner, on Thursday night but found nothing suspicious.

She is unemployed, has no children and no car and police are still concerned by her disappearance.

Her mother Margaret said the last time she’d spoken to her was on Mother’s Day.

“We are very concerned about her wellbeing and we love her and want her home,” she said.

CCTV has captured her having a coffee alone for about 15 minutes before she leaves the shot and walks outside.

Her phone is currently switched off and she hasn’t touched her bank accounts.

Ms Royal has done this before, but her family said she normally reached out for help.
