WATCH: Masked man holding tree branch dances in front of Bendigo traffic

A masked man has been filmed dancing in a Victorian street while holding a large tree branch.

The unknown man's bizarre antics were captured via a driver's dashcam in Bendigo.

The video, which was reportedly filmed on Monday, shows a man wearing a black Spiderman mask and a grey singlet as he starts to dance in front of an approaching car.

When the car comes to a halt, the man begins to bop up and down, while pointing and fist-pumping the air.

A small white dog follows behind the man as other car drive alongside the impromptu performance.

The stopped driver beeps his horn and yells at the dancing man to “f*** off”.

After about a minute, the man dances out of the way and allows the driver to pass through.

It's believed the footage was recorded in Golden Square. Since it was shared online it's been viewed more than 168,000 times.
