Police hunt man who allegedly told victim she was 'beautiful'

A man who sexually assaulted a staff member in a Victorian shopping centre allegedly told the victim repeatedly she was "beautiful" while abusing her.

The man entered the Narre Warren Cranbourne Road complex in Melbourne's outer southeast at 10:30am on July 19.

A short time later he approached the girl and allegedly abused her.

Police have released an image on Friday of a man they wish to speak to.

The offender is described as having an olive complexion, dark and grey hair and aged in his 60s.

It is believed English may be his second language.
