A Melbourne man has been charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of drugs after police allegedly seized $10 million worth of GHB during raids.

The Abbotsford man, 25, was arrested at a property about 6.30am on Wednesday and charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of drugs. He is expected to face court on Wednesday.

The arrests follows more than 30 raids across Melbourne's north-west and Shepparton in the past four months, seizing 2100 litres of the chemical used to make GHB, 12 firearms and leading to 30 arrests.
