Additional clips Rodriguez captured show drivers struggling to gain traction on frozen roads, with several vehicles seen slowly bumping into other cars while attempting to stop.On Tuesday night, the Atlanta Department of Transportation said they had salt trucks working throughout the city and urged anyone in the area to stay off the roads.The NWS warned that even though above-freezing temperatures could improve roadways on Wednesday, freezing temperatures overnight would refreeze any wet surfaces and black ice would remain an issue into Thursday morning.
