Ukrainian forces have “punched holes” in the Russian defense in Crimea, and now their military is reshuffling forces, Natalia Humeniuk, spokesperson for the Ukrainian Southern Defense Forces, reported on this during an episode of the Front Line program on Telegram on Feb. 12.
“Their maneuvers are aimed more at redistributing the air defense system because we’ve punched holes in it,” she said.
Russian invasion forces also need to redistribute the stockpiles of ammunition they have accumulated since they realize the Ukrainian military is aware of their locations.
The situation in Crimea remains unstable for the enemy as it faces constant attacks from Ukrainian positions, Humeniuk added.
