Ukraine returns 10 Mariupol and Azovstal defenders in latest prisoner exchange

Ukraine returned home 19 defenders of Zmiiniy (Snake) island, 14 defenders from Chornobyl NPP and other soldiers captured on the frontlines, Head of Presidential Office Andriy Yermak wrote on Telegram on May 31.

Ukraine and Russia conducted a prisoner exchange on May 31, 52nd since the start of Russia's invasion, returning 75 soldiers home. The exchange was supported by the UAE.

So far, 3210 Ukrainians returned to Ukraine from Russian captivity.
