Great Britain has given the green light for Ukraine to use British weapons for strikes inside Russia, including the long-range Storm Shadow missiles, British Foreign Minister David Cameron announced, Reuters reported.

Promising to provide Ukraine with "as much as it takes," Cameron also announced that the UK would send $3.74 billion in annual military aid to Ukraine.

It's Kyiv's prerogative to decide to use the arms provided by London to target locations inside Russia, Cameron said.

"We will give three billion pounds every year for as long as is necessary," he said.

"We've just really emptied all we can in terms of giving equipment."
