Daniel Cormier and Stipe Miocic will fight for the UFC heavyweight title for the third time in as many years this Saturday as they meet in the main event of UFC 252.

Titleholder Miocic dropped his strap to Cormier in July 2018 after being stopped late in the first round, but the American won back his belt in August 2019 by TKOing his compatriot in the fourth round.

Now the pair meet for the third and final time, at the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas, with many fans believing that the winner can rightfully be called the greatest heavyweight in MMA history. Cormier, 41, has said he will retire regardless of the result.

In the evening’s co-main event, high-flying bantamweight ‘Sugar’ Sean O’Malley takes on Marlon Vera. Elsewhere on the card, former heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos faces Jairzinho Rozenstruik.
