Two men have been arrested and a murder investigation has been launched after a man was fatally stabbed.

Police were called to Buffery Road in Dudley just after 14:05 BST where three men were found injured.

West Midlands Police said a man in his 40s was found with serious injuries and nothing could be done to save him.

One man has been detained on suspicion of murder and one man for affray, the force said.

The force said it was in the early stages of its investigation and the two men would be questioned in due course.

Transport for West Midlands said the road was closed in both directions and that the National Express 19 and 7 bus services were diverted as a result of the attack.
