A motorist has captured on camera the moment what appears to be an unrestrained toddler standing on the back seat of van as it drives along a busy highway in Perth.
The footage was shot at about 3.30pm on Friday afternoon on the Kwinana Freeway at Cockburn.
The child can be seen gazing out of the rear window of a silver vehicle before ducking down.
