Tic Tac Just Launched Its First Ever Candy

It’s nothing like we’ve “chewed” before.

When we think about Tic Tac, those classic little mints in that shakeable, plastic container come to my mind. These refreshing mints have been around for a long time but even with all the various flavors launched over the years, we’ve never seen something quite like this from the brand.

Tic Tac has a new candy—yes, you read that right—and we have everything you need to know about the latest treat.

Tic Tac’s New Tic Tac Chewy! Candy Is in Stores Now

Tic Tac has officially entered the candy realm with its new Tic Tac Chewy! These new candies are the same cylindrical shape as traditional mint Tic Tacs but are colorful and have a crunchy exterior and chewy interior with “layers and layers of intense fruit flavors.”

There are two flavors to choose from: Fruit Adventure and Sour Adventure. Each option is a mix of five fruity flavors: cherry, apple, orange, lemon, and grape, with one being on the sour side.

"We're so excited that fans are now able to try Ferrero's first-ever innovation exclusive to the U.S. market, Tic Tac Chewy!" Dan Cutchin, Vice President of Marketing at Ferrero USA, Tic Tac’s parent company, said in a press release. "This unique candy is a vibrant evolution from the iconic Tic Tac mint, and we cannot wait to get it in the hands of candy enthusiasts everywhere as we shake up the category with this flavorful offering.”

Tic Tac was first introduced by the Italian confectionery manufacturer Ferrero in 1969 and has been known for its mints since. While the brand has released many unique flavors of its popular mints, ranging from Sprite to Strawberry and Cream, this new candy venture is the first of its kind for Tic Tac, bringing the brand into a whole new territory.
