WARNING - GRAPHIC CONTENT: The burnt remains of three people, including a child, are the source of a police investigation after they were discovered in a skip bin as it was on fire.
The bodies were found “burned and heavily dismembered” in a bin outside of a business in Fort Worth, Texas, on Wednesday about 6.15am local time, police said.
Police said it’s believed one of the bodies is a child and another is a girl in her late teens.
One of the three has been identified as 42-year-old David Lueras. Police said he is known to frequent the Dallas area but provided no further details.
Identifying all three has proven difficult. Police said some of the bodies have “body parts unaccounted for”.
"The dismembered condition of the bodies is making the identification process difficult," police said.
It is being treated as a triple murder with the homicide unit investigating.
