A Spanish mayor has ordered a police investigation amid an international outcry after a video of a woman performing sex acts on up to 20 men for a free drink was posted on the internet.
The video was taken in a bar in Magaluf, on the Spanish holiday island of Majorca.
The vision shows a woman performing the sex act on several men who appear to be standing around her in a circle as the crowd cheers her on.
There are claims in British newspapers that the woman is a Briton.
The woman reportedly performed the sex acts in return for a cheap bottle of local champagne.
According to reports, the practice - known as 'mamading' after mamada the Spanish word for performing a sex act - is common place but videos have only just started to emerge.
Mayor Manuel Onieva told the local newspaper the Majorca Daily Bulletin he completely rejects the activities and has warned bars they faced being closed if they allowed it to continue.
Majorca has long been popular with British tourists but also has a big expatriate British community.
The Mirror newspaper in Britain reports competition among bar promoters on the island is fierce and sex games are often encouraged as a way of getting patrons.
But one promoter told the The Mirror the video had caused shock on the holiday island.
The Majorca Daily Bulletin reports there are calls for a police and judicial investigation and one political party said bars allowing the activity should be closed.
