Hunt for blonde after gold deal shot dead
A millionaire gold dealer has been shot dead in his Spanish villa and police are now searching for the Brit's former blonde lover.
London's Daily Mail reports that Andrew Bush was shot twice in the head as he arrived at his luxury Estepona apartment on the Costa del Sol.
The discovery of the 48-year-old's blood-soaked body came after a 999 call from Mr Bush's new girlfriend, who police refuse to name.
Spanish police believe the killer has been waiting at the villa for Mr Bush's arrival - possibly for several days, according to the Daily Mail.
The killer is believed to have fled the scene in a Hummer.
The Mail reports that the company director, from Bristol, arrived at the beach-side holiday home on Saturday with his new British lover.
Sources told the Daily Mail police were investigating the possibility that Mr Bush's former partner - who is from Slovakia - was at the property at the time of the shooting.
"It is being treated as murder and police are hunting the dead man's ex," they said.
Mr Bush, who owns a chain of jewellery shops, had a home in South Wales but spent much of his time at the rented five-bedroom villa at Cancelada, between Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara.
Police have seized luxury cars from the villa, including a Porsche and Ferrari and an Audi believed to have been used by the killer.
Mr Bush's British girlfriend, who is in her twenties, is said to have told investigators that his ex-lover opened the door as they returned from a week away on Saturday afternoon.
According to the Daily Mail, the woman called police after being barred entry and seeing the woman speed off in Mr Bush's Hummer. She did not have keys to get in.
Emergency service workers climbed into the building and found Mr Bush's body next to a gun.
Several photographs on Facebook show Mr Bush embracing a blonde model, Mayka Marica Kukucova, who is Slovakian and who is believed to be an ex-girlfriend.
A neighbour told the Mail Mr Bush had moved into the villa with the blonde nearly two years ago.
The English girlfriend only appeared recently on the scene.
Miss Kukucova's Facebook page shows photos of her posing in swimwear and lingerie, as well as less revealing outfits. One photoshoot, in her underwear, appears to have been for the fashion chain H&M.
She says she was a student at a Bristol language school.
