Passenger kicked through bus window

Bus security vision has captured the shocking moment a passenger is kicked with such force he falls backwards through the top window of a London double decker bus onto the road.

The passenger was paralysed from the waist down after the attack, near Finsbury Park, north London.

The vision, taken from a bus travelling behind, runs only for a few seconds, but the man's sickening fall on to the road is clearly visible.

The victim is understood to have suffered a broken back.

The MailOnline reports the vision was shown on BBC television.

Vision from inside the bus shows the man being kicked before he falls out of the window.

The man's sister told the BBC: "At the moment they can't pinpoint a time on his recovery due to the fact that his back was so badly broken and his spinal chord was damaged. He needs to recover from his broken back before we even know if he's able to walk again.

"He's paralysed basically - he can't feel his legs, which is a life-changing experience. It's obviously going to be a bit hard for him."

A Metropolitan Police spokesman has told MailOnline the suspect jumped through the broken window and ran off.
