Police have arrested four outlaw motorcycle gang members following a National Anti-Gangs Squad operation that police say will cripple the Lone Wolf Motorcycle Gang’s operations in WA.

Australian Federal Police and WA Police officers searched a Forrestdale home on Friday.

A 29-year-old man had been allegedly held at gun point by the president and other members of the Lone Wolf Motorcycle Gang.

Police located the man and ensured he received medical treatment for injuries he received during the alleged incident.

Officers allegedly found a hand gun and a baseball bat during a search of the premises.

Police also searched a Southern River home, where they allegedly uncovered a revolver handcuffs and a bolt cutter.

It is alleged the 29-year-old man was also assaulted at this second address.

As a result of the raids, police charged a 26-year-old Canning Vale man, a 39-year-old Success man, a 41-year-old Bassendean man and a 26-year-old Betram man with detaining another person with intent to gain a benefit and act or omission causing bodily harm.

AFP Perth manager Matt Rippon said this operation would curtail the efforts of the gang in WA.

“Joint law enforcement co-operation has all but shut down this outlaw motorcycle gang before it has had a chance to gain a foothold in WA,” he said.

“Together with our partner agencies, we will continue to focus on disrupting these violent gangs and putting an end to their illegal activity.”

The Long Wolf motorcycle gang is the first OMCG to be successfully targeted by the AFP in WA.

WA Police State Crime Acting Commander Paul Coombes warned criminal organisations would not be tolerated.

The Bassendean man and Betram man were also charged with being armed in a way that may cause fear.

The Betram man was also charged with possession of a prohibited drug.

All four men are due to appear in Perth Magistrate's Court on Monday, June 8.
