Dylan McDermott (American Horror Story) kicks some serious butt in this gripping psychological drama which centres on the LAPD’s Threat Assessment Unit which, as the show’s title suggests, investigates some of the most disturbing stalker cases.
McDermott’s Jack Larson is an NYC homicide detective with a seemingly shady past who moves to Los Angeles to start again. He isn’t welcomed by unit boss Lt Beth Davis (Maggie Q), who has a murky history of her own.
Nonetheless, the two make a cracking team when it comes to helping stalker victims and tracking down their perpetrators.
The death of stalker victim Kate leads the investigation in this pilot episode and it turns out she wasn’t the only one being watched from afar. Creepy stuff.
