Two charged over ATM fires

Police have charged two men over ATM fires in Perth's southern suburbs yesterday.

The fires occurred at a Booragoon bank at Hamilton Hill shopping centre in the early hours of Thursday morning.

A 42-year-old Palmyra man and a 39-year-old Parmelia man have been charged with causing an explosion and attempting to cause an explosion.

Both will appear before the Fremantle Magistrate's Court today.
