A Queens Park man is alleged to have been drink driving with two toddlers in the car not wearing seatbelts.

The 30-year-old man was pulled over by police last night for allegedly clipping the curb and driving erratically in a Mitsubishi Magda sedan on George Street, Queens Park at about 6.35pm.

A three-year-old boy and a 20-month-old girl were in the car and were not wearing seatbelts.

The man has been charged with driving under the influence and for having two passengers under the age of 16 unrestrained.

He will appear in court at a later date.
