Woman critical after Bentley smash

A man has been charged over a Bentley crash which left a teenager in a critical condition.

A 41-year-old man from New South Wales was yesterday charged with aggravated dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm after colliding with the 19-year-old woman's car on Sevenoaks Street at about 4pm on Monday.

The man was allegedly driving his red Toyota Aurion sedan north while the woman was turning into Sevenoaks Street after travelling east along Mills Street when the cars collided.

Both drivers were taken to Royal Perth Hospital where the woman remains in a critical condition.

The 41-year-old man will appear in Perth Magistrate's Court today.
