Diesel runs short in Perth
A shortage of diesel at some metropolitan service stations is not expected to last more than a couple of days.
Fuelwatch reported that at least 22 sites - mostly in Perth - had either run out of diesel yesterday or were expected to run out by last night.
BP Australia confirmed there had been a short-term "interruption" to supplies into Perth.
But a BP spokesman said additional shipments had been secured and underground stocks would be replenished as quickly as possible.
He said other fuel products were not affected.
