A chase through Perth’s southern suburbs saw seven juveniles taken into custody when police caught up with their stolen Ford Falcon.

The juveniles eventually abandoned the car in Canning Vale and fled on foot but police air-wing helped to track down all seven occupants.

Two of the juveniles were found hiding under bushes, another two were found on the train tracks and the remaining three were arrested at Red Rooster.

The oldest was 16 years old and the youngest was 13 years.

Another bizarre chase through Huntingdale saw a man throwing stolen property out of his car during the pursuit.

The stolen items-turned-projectiles failed to deter the police, a police spokesman said.
