Five charged over robbery spree

Five people have been charged over a series of robberies at liquor outlets and supermarkets across Perth.

The robberies occurred in the east metropolitan, south-west metropolitan and north-west metropolitan districts between November 29 and December 9.

A blue Ford Falcon was seen at each incident, leading Police to a Palm Corner home in Quinns Rocks.

It will be alleged Police found five people during a search of the home, who were later charged.

An 18-year-old Nollamara man, an 18-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman from Quinns Rocks, a 22-year-old Quinns Rocks man and a 16-year-old Quinns Rocks girl were charged with various offences.

The Nollamara man and the 18-year-old Quinns Rocks man will appear in Perth Magistrate’s Court today.

On December 18, the 16-year-old will appear in Joondalup Children’s Court facing an aggravated robbery charge.

The 18-year-old woman and 22-year-old man from Quinns Rocks will appear in Perth Magistrate’s Court on January 2.
