A group of teenagers have been charged with a string of drug, burglary and vehicle theft offences following searches of properties in Dianella and Middle Swan yesterday.

Detectives allegedly found a significant quantity of stolen property at the homes, including mobile phones, laptops, credit cards and electrical items.

Police will allege the majority of the property was stolen during a burglary in Hillarys yesterday morning.

An 18-year-old Swan View man has been charged with aggravated burglary and stealing and is due to appear in Joondalup Magistrate's Court today.

An 18-year-old Karratha man has been charged with aggravated burglary, stealing and possession of a prohibited drug (cannabis) and will also appear in Joondalup Magistrate's Court today.

A 14-year-old Girrawheen girl has been charged with stealing a motor vehicle, receiving, unlawful possession and giving false personal details to police and is due to appear in Perth Children's Court today.

A 14-year-old Greenmount girl has been charged with stealing a motor vehicle, receiving and no authority to drive.

Her court date is yet to be set.

Police also charged a 39-year-old Ellenbrook woman with giving false personal details to police and she is due to appear in Midland Magistrate's Court on November 20.

A 29-year-old Midland woman will be summonsed for possession of a prohibited drug (cannabis) and possession of a smoking implement.

Police inquiries are continuing.
