Fremantle CBC up to nine in a row

Fremantle CBC are on a rare winning streak in the WA Amateur Football League A Grade.

After losing in round one to University by 23 points and kicking only seven goals, few would have thought they would make a big impact, but they sure have.

CBC have not lost since that first fixture on April 12 and are up to nine wins in a row with a big percentage of 158.

Ther are two wins clear on top of the ladder after round 10.

Reigning premiers Wesley Curtin's impressive win - 31 scoring shots to 12 - over previous premiership favourites University on Saturday puts them clear in second with seven wins, also with a healthy percentage (141).

Steady North Beach (6-4) have risen to third after thrashing Kalamunda (seventh, 4-6), who have won only one of their past six matches after a promising start to the season.
