New look for the Thunder
New look for the Thunder

Not all the big changes for Peel during the off-season have been off-field.

There will be something different about the Thunder's appearance during the 2013 WAFL season with the Mandurah-based club adopting a new jumper for the winter.

Taking some inspiration by the guernsey worn by East Fremantle during the 1970s, Peel have followed a more traditional design with the new outfit.

However, the predominately teal colour still forms most of the jumper.

Gone are the lightning bolts on the front, however, the club's logo with the hand of Thor remains.

It is a turning point for the Thunder, who have also undertaken a host club arrangement with AFL team Fremantle.
