WA soccer fans will get their chance to quiz the game’s decision makers on a range of issues at a ‘Football Forum’ later this year.

The forums have proved popular in the eastern states, with more than 100 fans attending the second forum on Tuesday, held at Melbourne’s AAMI Park.

FFA chief executive David Gallop, Head of the A-League Damien de Bohun and former Socceroo Steve Horvat were on hand to field questions from the floor.

A third forum will be held in western Sydney tonight.

De Bohun today confirmed the league was in discussions with local authorities to hold forums in all capital cities in 2013.

“We have been very pleased with the reaction, response and engagement at the fan forums over the last couple of weeks,” de Bohun told Fox Sports.

“On the back of this, and in discussions with respective state and territory football federations, we are looking to hold fan forums in all capital cities in this calendar year.”

A Perth Glory spokesman said the club would welcome a fan forum in WA and assist FFA in making it possible.
