Fremantle have made three changes ahead of their qualifying final clash with Sydney at ANZ Stadium on Saturday.

The Dockers welcomed back star midfielder Nat Fyfe from suspension, with fringe defender Alex Silvagni and forgotten ruckman Jon Griffin also coming into the side.

Griffin has played just one AFL game this season – the Dockers' shock 58-point loss to St Kilda in round 18 - after having a knee reconstruction last year.

Michael Johnson (back) could not be considered, while tough nut Nick Suban is out with an ankle problem and classy youngster Hayden Crozier lost his spot in the side.

The Swans included star duo Josh Kennedy and Lance Franklin, with No.1 ruckman Mike Pyke and hardworking pair Craig Bird and Ben McGlynn at the expense of Shane Biggs, Dean Towers, Tom Mitchell, Sam Naismith and Zak Jones who were all omitted.

Matt de Boer, Crozier and potential debutant Alex Pearce all flew to Sydney as the travelling emergencies.
