West Coast completed a light session at Patersons Stadium today as they prepare for a quick turnaround ahead of their clash with Hawthorn in Launceston on Saturday.

Midfielder Luke Shuey was on the track for the Tuesday session for the first time in three weeks, while captain Darren Glass also joined his teammates after missing the loss 38-point loss to North Melbourne with soreness on Sunday night.

Free agency recruit Xavier Ellis walked laps with injured vice-captain Beau Waters after the former Hawk was substituted out with a corked leg against the Kangaroos.

Ellis had a heavily bandaged right thigh and is in serious doubt to take on his former side.

Scott Selwood, Josh Kennedy, Jamie Bennell and Brad Sheppard all missed the session.

Sheppard was limping heavily at recovery at City Beach yesterday, while Kennedy suffered a heavy knock to the head in the dying stages of Sunday night’s game.

Coach Adam Simpson told 6PR last night that Kennedy had been cleared of a fracture to his eye socket and should be OK to take on the Hawks.
