West Coast premiership player Ashley Hansen has quit WAFL side Swan Districts to join the Western Bulldogs as a development coach.
"Ashley is another person we've brought into the club, who possesses some terrific characteristics which we believe will be beneficial to our developing group of players," Bulldogs football manager James Fantasia said.
"We know Ashley is a terrific club person, and his AFL experience along with a Master's degree in exercise science make him another quality acquisition to our football department."
The 29-year-old kicked two goals for the Eagles in the club's 2006 premiership victory over the Sydney Swans.
Hansen will team up with ex-Eagle Koby Stevens, who left Perth to join the Bulldogs last month.
