Harvey chasing record

Champion jockey Paul Harvey will chase a record-equalling fourth win in the $1 million Carlton Draught Railway Stakes (1600m) at Ascot on Saturday when he rides Mr Moet.

Inducted into _The West Australian _Racing Industry Hall Of Fame on Saturday night, Harvey is booked to ride 2012 Railway winner Mr Moet for the first time.

He will join the legendary Frank Treen at the top of the jockeys' honour roll with four wins in WA's richest feature if successful.

"He'll be better suited at a mile and perhaps even a little bit further," Parnham said.

Racing and Wagering WA chief handicapper David Hunter said Peters Stakes runner-up Respondent was likely to sneak into the Railway field. The WATC Derby (2400m) winner will jump up the order of entry.

"Respondent is likely to jump two ratings points to 90," he said.

"I think in all likelihood that the horse will get into the field."

Breeder-owner Bob Peters said Delicacy and Ideal Image would run in Saturday's $400,000 WA Guineas (1600m).

Delicacy won Saturday's WA Champion Fillies Stakes (1600m) by a head from Dancing Express, with Ideal Image running third.
