Kani 'King' Solomon inspired North Beach to a 26-12 WA Rugby League premiership win over Willagee at Charles Riley Reserve on Saturday.

Solomon took charge in the final five minutes, inspiring three successive tries and victory. Willagee dominated every aspect of the match but were unable to land a killer blow.

South Perth's premiership preparations took a beating, humiliated 36-4 by Fremantle while Kalamunda held off a surging Rockingham 40-34 at Pioneer Park.
