Brand events this week confirmed the second Margaret River Gourmet Escape, locking down a three-day stretch from November 22 to 24 for the foodie festival.

Event director Naomi Wilson said Brand Events was pleased with the inaugural event and aimed to develop an “even bigger and more exciting program” this year.

“The event has already gained international recognition cementing Western Australia and the Margaret River region as a true food, wine and travel destination, ” Ms Wilson said.

“We want to build on this for 2013 and become the leading food and wine event in the Asia Pacific.”
