Storm clean-up continues

Emergency services will continue their storm clean-up today after two storms thrashed the coast earlier this week causing millions of dollars of damage.

Western Power, SES, FESA, DEC and firefighter crews have worked tirelessly since Sunday afternoon trying to clear debris and temporarily fix homes.

Western Power has been able to restore more than 168,000 homes with power with just 7,000 properties without power this morning.

SES volunteers arrived from South Australia this morning to relieve Bunbury crews and are expected to leave this weekend.
