Students take to streets

Nearly 150 Edith Cowan University South West graduates were recognised at the annual graduation ceremony at Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre on Saturday night.

Prior to the graduation ceremony students paraded down Victoria Street to celebrate their achievements with family and friends.

ECU vice-chancellor Professor Kerry Cox praised the students for their hard workduring the past few years.

‘‘I congratulate the students in their successes to date and wish them well in their future endeavours and encourage themto live by the ECU values of integrity, respect, rational enquiry and personal excellence as they embark on the next chapter of their lives,’’ Professor Cox said.
