Peel District Cycling Club returned to the Parklands course for the final time this season, where riders endured its 4km semi-rural track and 400m climb.

In Juniors One, Hamish Maude took out the win and in Juniors Two a strong sprint by Harry Maude secured victory with Luke Steele second and Cohen De Catania-Ogden third.

D-grade was bolstered by a number of locals from the Fleet Cycles Mandurah group ride, having their first race.

The race broke apart on the second climb, with three small groups forming and by the next lap a group of seven formed at the front for the chase.

The group stayed together until the final climb, and in the run to the line it was John Taylor first, Josh Jones second in his first race and Josh Brown third.

C-grade's Jonathon Bates attacked on the climb each lap and each time he got further along the course before being reeled back in by the bunch.

On the final lap Bates attacked and stayed away for the win, with Matt Walker taking second and Tim Watson third from the pursuing bunch.

The B-grade race had attacks up the climb by a number of riders.

The group stayed together and ended in bunch sprint with Cameron Nobbs first, Kurt Harmer second and Saul Hart third.

A-grade saw attacks and breakaways, but nothing lasted more than a lap until the third last climb when Paul Kirby attacked and was joined by Luke Banham, Ryan Hamill and Troy Fitzgerald. The four stayed away to the finish, with Banham taking the win narrowly from Kirby and Hamill a distant third.
