The construction company behind Kununurra's new courthouse took home a bundle of awards at the Master Builders Kimberley-Pilbara Building Excellence Awards earlier this month.

The $42 million, high-tech courthouse, constructed by Cooper & Oxley, was named best overall commercial building, judge's innovation and excellence in glazing.

A remote kitchen and alfresco deck area at APT's Mitchell Falls Wilderness Lodge, took out Best Commercial Industrial Building in the less than $1 million category.

Best Kimberley Home was awarded to a Broome beauty created by Buildmore Constructions.

Broome's new Trade Training Centre, which was built by Colin Wilkinson Developments, was awarded best commercial alterations and additions in the more than $6.5 million category.
