Fields has the X-Factor
Budding Goldfields singers will showcase their talent at the Kalgoorlie-Boulder X-Factor auditions today.
Hopefuls aged 14 years and above will fill the Goldfields Arts Centre for a chance to score a spot on the hit television show.
Since its beginning in 2005, The X-Factor has been turning everyday people into household names and this year it could be a Goldfielder who finds themselves in the spotlight.
Stars including Reece Mastin, Leona Lewis, One Direction and, most recently, Samantha Jade, are prime examples of how the show can change participants’ lives.
Shelbie Nichols will be giving it her best this year after receiving helpful feedback at the Perth auditions last year.
