The Eastern Goldfields YMCA has received a grant of $10,000 from the State Government.
The child care centre is one of 15 successful in securing the funding provided by the Regional Community Child Care Development Fund.
It is the fourth round of operational grants allocated under the fund, which received $9.3m from the Royalties for Regions program.
The latest round of grants awarded to the various centres total $145,378.
Community Services Minister Robyn McSweeney said quality care was vital to help parents return to work or attend education and training opportunities.
“The State Government wants to build strong, vibrant communities and this requires accessible and quality child care,” Mrs McSweeney said.
