A local business would like to win a customer service award every month after being named the September winner.
Travelworld Kalgoorlie owner Deb Botica bought the business last April.
“We are really happy we have been acknowledged for good customer service in our business because it is something every business strives for,” she said.
“It is good to get feedback that our staff is working towards providing good customer service to the public.”
The awards are presented every month as part of a Kalgoorlie-Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry campaign to reward businesses who provide good customer service.
