Kidney Kars roll into Kalgoorlie-Boulder for a cause

Kalgoorlie-Boulder was filled with 60 rally cars at the weekend that had travelled far and wide for a great cause.

The 2012 Kidney Kar Rally explored the red terrain of Western Australia for the first time as part of its 10 day journey across Australia.

The annual rally, in its 24th year, encourages residents to see if they are at risk of kidney disease while raising funds for camps which offer respite for children suffering from end-stage kidney disease.

Road director Arthur Davis said the team had a two day stop in Kalgoorlie-Boulder and the drivers enjoyed their stay.
