Bosses get set to take the toss
Bosses get set to take the toss

Ever feel like telling your boss to take a long walk off a short jetty?

For the third year running, Esperance RadioWest is giving employees the chance to do just that while helping raise funds for the Princess Margaret Hospital.

Station manager Mike Penny is calling on employees to raise $1000 to toss their bosses off the James Street groyne on Wednesday, June 27.

“We are looking at getting the staff from all of the companies in Esperance to raise money to push their boss off the jetty as long as they are willing to get wet for a good cause,” he said.

Mr Penny led by example on Friday after allowing his employees Jamie McDonald and Sian Walsh to get a practice shove in before the big day for the Give Me 5 For Kids campaign.
