Four boys were arrested yesterday over a burglary in Jurien Bay that led to a car chase through Geraldton.

The burglary happened at a Jurien Bay business about 10.50pm Thursday, after the offenders allegedly used a brick to smash a window and gain entry to the premises.

Police later located a vehicle travelling north on Brand Highway, just south of Geraldton.

Police attempted to stop the vehicle and a pursuit ensued through Geraldton suburbs.

The vehicle was abandoned in Sunset Beach.

Four boys, aged from 13 to 16 years, were later arrested and taken to Geraldton Police Station, where they were helping police with inquiries.
