There are few cricketers with more raw and, for that matter realised, potential than Dane Ugle and it is reported he will be playing for Bluff Point against Towns when A-grade cricket resumes tomorrow.
In fact, the news is even better for the Pointers, as Keren and Liam Ugle are also reportedly lining up and they too are better than average players.
If this trio front, and Bluff Point officials are confident they will, then there is every chance the Pointers could win tomorrow's game at the Recreation Ground, which doubles as the now annual Pink Stumps Day between these clubs.
If it's also true they plan to play in the Pointers' next game against Wanderers, then it is possible, if all goes well, that the competition table could be set for a radical redesign with Bluff Point pushing into the top three at the expense of Sportsmans.
All that is of course conjecture.
